Kathie
Brown, BSN, MA
Executive Director
Kathie earned her BS in Nursing from Alderson-Broaddus
College, Philippi, WV and her MA in Administration from
Nova University, FL. She has been the executive director
of Wheeling Health Right since 1992. Prior to WHR she
was the Nursing Coordinator and Assistant Director at
Florence Crittenton Home and Services for 12 years.
She is a graduate of Leadership Wheeling,
Class of 1990; Past President of Soroptimist International
of Wheeling and also Past Charter President of Kiwanis
Morning Club. Member of Human Rights Committee at St.
John's Home. Past President and Current Treasurer of
West Virginia Association of Free Clinics. Member of
the Board of Directors of the Ohio Association of Free
Clinics. |

Dee Phillips
Executive Secretary/Special Event Coordinator
Volunteer Coordinator
Graduate of Leadership Wheeling, Class of 2005. Vice-President
of Ohio County Rotary. Prior to coming to Wheeling Health
Right, Dee was the Executive Secretary at Northwood Health
Systems. Dee joined the WHR staff in 1999. She attended
West Virginia Northern Community College studying Marketing.
Dee serves on the Board of Directors of Center Valley
Federal Credit Union. |

Lisa Mamakos
Director of Finance/Human Resources
She came to us in 2002 with 23 years experience in the
banking industry. She has completed several AIB and Finance
courses. She attended West Virginia Northern Community
College studying Business. |

Barbara Smith
Grant Writer
Barbara joined the Wheeling Health Right staff in 1992.
She is currently responsible for grant writing and grant
management at the clinic. Barbara is a graduate of Leadership
Wheeling, Class of 2002, Dale Carnegie Course and The
Grantsmanship Training. She is the current President
of Soroptimist International of Wheeling, Inc., and
a member of the Supervisory Committee of Center Valley
Federal Credit Union. She is enrolled at West Liberty
State College pursuing a degree in Business Administration.

Joyce Zambito, RN, MS, CDE
Health Educator
Joyce joined the Wheeling Health Right staff in 1992 as
our first health educator. She has been instrumental in
providing quality health education to our patients and
to the public. She has developed smoking cessation classes,
healthy lifestyles, diabetic education and other group
sessions. |

Lindia Singer, RN, BSN,
FNP-C
Health Care Coordinator
Lindia earned her BSN from Ohio University, Athens and
her Family Nurse Practitioner from Ohio State University.
She has been the supervisor of the clinic since 1992.
Lindia is also a licensed Physician
Assistant in the state of Ohio. She has her prescriptive
authority from the state of WV and is certified as a
Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Association
and as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission
on Certification of Physician Assistants. |

Mary Jane Meador, BSN
Nursing Supervisor
Mary Jane joined the Wheeling Health Right
staff in 1995 as a staff nurse. She is currently the
supervisor of the nursing staff.
She received her BSN from West
Liberty State College and is licensed by West Virginia
and Ohio. |

Allie Sebroski, R.Ph
Allie received her BS in Pharmacy from West Virginia University
in 1977. She joined the Wheeling Health Right staff in
2003 and is currently the supervisor of the Pharmacy.
