Wheeling Health Right believes in the dignity of every human being and their right to medical treatment. Our clinic opened its doors in 1985 to address this critically unmet need. The agency serves people of all ages who are uninsured, underinsured, and medically underserved.
Do You Qualify for Free Health Care Services?
Eligibility
To receive health care services, patients must provide proof of identity:
- Photo ID
and proof of income, including one or more of the following, depending on the patient’s situation:
- Form 1040 or 1040A (Tax Return)
- Form 4506-T (if you don’t file incomes taxes)
- 1099 Benefits Statement (if you are on Social Security)
- W-2 from Employer
- Pay Stubs for One Month
