With a background that spans the nonprofit, health care, and arts sectors, Ricci brings both creativity and practicality to mission-driven leadership. Her career has focused on strengthening community organizations, building partnerships, and expanding access to essential services.
Before joining Wheeling Health Right, Ricci held roles in nonprofit management, community engagement, and program development. Her earlier work at a regional center serving rural communities sparked a deep commitment to inclusion and equity—values that continue to guide her leadership today.
She has also served as treasurer on a nonprofit board, contributing to strategic planning and fiscal oversight, demonstrating her dedication to organizational sustainability and responsible stewardship.
Ricci and her spouse, Michael, live in Wheeling with their daughter, Angelene. She is committed to deepening Wheeling Health Right’s partnerships and advancing equitable health care across the Ohio Valley.
